TEE SHIRT AND PILLOWS RETURN POLICY: PLEASE REVIEW THE SIZE CHART AND MEASUREMENTS FOR TEE SHIRT BEFORE PLACING ORDER TO MAKE SURE THE TEE SHIRT WILL FIT PROPERLY. Let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), if you notice any damage or a defective issue with the tee shirt. You must email us at andreaandme AT hotmail.com with any claim for misprinted/damaged/defective tee shirt first, and it must be reported within 3 days after the product has been received.
After you receive instructions on returning the defective or damaged tee shirt, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ITEM MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN OR USED AND MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ORIGINAL TAGS FOR REFUND. SOME ITEMS will incur an $8.00 re-stocking fee. When returning your products, make sure to get a tracking number and forward the number to us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
