Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless stated otherwise after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
- Please Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or major sales events. We appreciate your patience!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info @ andreaandme.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Risk of Loss
As outlined in our Terms of Service:
- Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
- Risk of Loss: Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, verify with neighbors, or contact the local carrier branch directly. If you suspect your package was lost or stolen in transit before delivery, contact us within 2 days so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping and billing address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at info @ andreaandme.com.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the item.
